The Pelvic Floor: Strategies for Improving Function (Part 2)
This 2 hour online course will follow up on concepts explored in part 1.
We will look at more strategies to improve function of the pelvic floor by addressing:
- varying mouth shape during breath drills
- foot and ankle function
- nerve entrapment
- lifestyle and ADL suggestions
We explore these areas with the intention of providing a healthier environment for the pelvic floor to function in, while remaining in scope for massage therapists and movement pros who do not have the ability to touch/treat the pelvic floor directly.
