Pelvis - Stable & Mobile
In this 1 hour class, we look at ways to create a pelvis that is both movable and stable. We use several different movement drills to encourage the pelvis to move in all planes of motion. These drills, except one, are all done on the floor! Yay.
This class is accessible to every one and every ability. Practitioners may enjoy exploring movement drills to add to their practice. A CE certificate is provided in the recording to screen shot and use for self-submission of CE hours.
