In this 1 hour movement class we look at improving thoracic mobility using self-massage/release and gentle exercise drills. Thoracic mobility is critical for healthy low back, necks and shoulders and allows us to develop stability in the deep muscles of the core. So so important, and it's always a standard in my suggested self care for my patients.
This class is accessible to every one and every ability. Practitioners may enjoy exploring movement drills to add to their practice.
