The 5 Vleeming Subsystems help us to better understand and evaluate the elements of the gait cycle, and functional anatomy relationships to improve our practices. For each subsystem, we will explore the pertinent anatomy and anatomical relationships so that you can better brings these important relationships into your treatment and/or training.
This session about the Deep Longitudinal Subsystem (DLS), will provide you with a review of the anatomy and surrounding anatomy, history and interview indications that may lead you to suspect DLS involvement, methods for assessing the integrity of the DLS and movement drills to facilitate better function, decreased pain and prevention of injury.
