This is SO FUN!
Virtual Consults, Classes and One-on-One Continuing Ed are my fave.
While I love to be able to connect in-person, sometimes that's not always possible. Don't let busy schedules, geographical distance or other life commitments prevent you from getting better, feeling better and taking time to fill your own cup.
I have a variety of ways to help you achieve your goals, that can be easily done through a computer screen.
I can assess where you're at, direct specific movements, and guide you to decreasing pain, getting stronger and we don't even have to be in the same room.
If you are a practitioner that has been struggling to see some improvements, are scratching your head over a difficult case or just want some help getting better at what you do... I got you!

FAQs... aka. is this online consult really a thing?
1. How can I get better through a computer screen?
2. What if I don't need "treatment" but just want to do a regular/semi-regular movement class?
3. What kind of CE can we do virtually?
4. Will virtual CEs be accepted by my professional College/association?
5. How can you help me with one of my clients/patients?
6. What do virtual sessions cost?
1. How can I get better through a computer screen?
- This is a common reaction to virtual care. I think the reason why people believe they can't get better unless they are getting hands on care, is because of the misunderstanding that both the general public and practitioners themselves perpetuate related to how healing occurs. I believe that you have a very powerful ability to heal, and that it has very little to do with my hands and a lot to do with effective, targeted habit changes and simple corrective drills. I can assess your needs and provide you the guidance very easily through our computer screens. Some investigation of your history, observing how you move and testing out a few corrections is all I need to begin to make changes with you (not for you).
2. What if I don't need "treatment" but just want to do a regular/semi-regular movement class?
- We can do that too. Maybe you want someone to guide you through a few movement/exercise sessions to get you on track and give you a few sequences to do to manage stress and tension. These sessions are often done in 30min time periods, and can be recorded so that you can refer to them, and use them to guide you in adopting a regular movement practice. OR... I can teach virtual group classes, which cost much less than a one-on-one.
3. What kind of CE can we do virtually?
- Well that's easy... ANYTHING! I have 22+ years in this industry. I've done a bunch or wrong things, and a whole bunch of right things. I'm happy to help students with anatomy, new practitioners find focus, seasoned pros learn to add a new set of tools to their practice. Any course that I offer in-person can be done online, or give me an idea of where you need some direction and I can curate something just for you (as long as it's something in my wheelhouse).
4. Will virtual CEs be accepted by my professional College/association?
- That depends. I've had associations and colleges approve online learning before, but it really comes down to your specific regulatory body. Most have a list of requirements for self-submitting CEs that they publish on their websites.
5. How can you help me with one of my clients/patients?
- I love this method of co-treating. I've done it myself with great colleagues who have helped guide me. Here's the thing, we can't know everything; we all have our strengths and weaknesses. When I have a patient that I am struggling to get results with, it is often because they need something that I am just not trained to do, or don't do as well as someone else. Sometimes that someone else is not close, so I can't make an in-person referral. In cases like this, online co-treatment saves the day! During these sessions, I join you and your patient during a regular in-person session with you, but virtually. I might guide you to do some tests, get your patient moving through some drills and together we dig a bit deeper to see if together we can create meaningful change. It will be like your patient has two therapists in the room with them, working together to get them better sooner. It's amazing.
6. What do virtual sessions cost?
- Regardless of what we are doing together, virtual sessions are simply billed by time - 60 min $150, 30 min $80. If we are doing online CE for a longer period of time, a different fee schedule applies and is determined by length of time required for the learning experience (contact me for more specific info). Please note that these sessions are not billed as "massage therapy." Insurance providers and regulatory bodies aren't all on the same page about virtual care #veryannoying
